Alberta Rippers Vern Oberg Rec Tour provides young skiers an opportunity to compete in a FUN event.
This is great for those new skiers who have participated in our Alberta Rippers Camps or our other Rip N Ride Camps that now are ready to move to competitions.
Come to WSWA Alberta Water Ski Provincials and COMPETE in the REC Provincials Slalom Event!

WATER SKI
A FUN element of the Alberta Rippers Program is the ALBERTA RIPPERS VERN OBERG REC TOUR
Our recreational series of Learn to Compete opportunities breaks down potential barriers of cost and intimidation to introduce recreational skiers to competing.
The purpose of the rec series is:

to expand the number of new competitive fun opportunities for recreational skiers

to break down barriers, educate, and introduce new skiers to the sport

to provide exposure to modified competitions and learning opportunities

to provide a fun, inclusive environment and on the water experience
Each event is priced to provide affordability and great value with a focus on FUN!
SKI
Participants will have the chance to compete on the mini slalom course designed to both build confidence and encourage athletes to put their developing skills that they learned into practice. The participants can also compete on the regular slalom course. The competitor can decide on how they want to compete.
