2020 Rip 'N Ride Water Ski/Wakeboard Camps
for Children (6yrs+) and Youth up to 16yrs old

The protocol must be read and adhered to by each participant.
This Screening Checklist must be completed by each participant or a parent (if participant under age of 18) each time the participant participates in a Camp.

These clinics utilize the Water Ski and Wakeboard Canada Rip n Ride skill progression. The program leads participants through a safe, effective and successful learning progression. We utilize specialized equipment such as training boom, short line, and trainer skis/wakeboards. Performance skis and boards are also available/supplied as required. Fun and playful success is our priority.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and safety protocols, this years camps will have a maximum of 5 participants. Detailed protocols are listed below. Time on task will be optimal with each participant getting 3- 4 sets in daily. Participant’s can achieve Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates in both water skiing and wakeboarding.
*Participant’s must purchase the WSWA annual family membership to register for these camps. Cost is $40/year and allows for up to 6 family members in this fee. Please register any and all family members to help our provincial association numbers for funding.
3 Day Camps: $359/clinic which includes booking/transaction fee (No GST)
2 Day Camps: $239/clinic which includes booking/transaction fee (No GST)
*10% rebate when booking multiple children from the same family or when booking multiple camps for the same participant. Rebates will be etransfered directly to registrant.
Drysuit, Wetsuit, Skis, Wakeboards, Knee Board, Personal Flotation Device(PFD), Hand Sanitizer and Face Masks as requested.
Equipment Needed: sunscreen, face mask, swimsuit, sweatpants/sweater (For insulation under drysuit), sandals, towel, hat, sealed lunch box, lunch, water and snacks.
Ghost Lake Reservoir: 18km west of Cochrane Ab on Highway 1A. Meet at the public boat launch dock on the south side of the highway, west of the bridge.
Daily Drop off Time: 9:45-10:00am
Daily Pickup Time: 4:00-4:30pm (dependant on completion of sets)
Each day is subject to acceptable weather conditions. Should days be cancelled a proportionate refund will be issued, or an alternate day may be available. Cancellations are at the discretion of Water & Ski Wakeboard Alberta and its affiliate coaches.
