NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL AND GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
OF THE WATER SKI AND WAKE ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2023, VIA ZOOM.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") of the members of the Water Ski and Wake Association of Alberta ("WSWA") will be held Virtually on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 6:30pm (MST) following purposes:
1. to receive a presentation of the 2023 Annual Report and the financial statements of WSWA for the year ended September 30, 2023;
2. to elect directors of WSWA in accordance with the terms of WSWA's By-Laws;
3. to transact such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
4. Vote on new by-laws.
All Members of WSWA are encouraged to attend the Meeting. Members are entitled to vote at the Meeting and will have one (1) vote each.

of WSWA has the right to:
A. Run for and be elected to the WSWA Board of Directors; and
B. Vote in person at all WSWA Annual General and Special Meetings. Voting by proxy
is not permitted)
