Water Ski & Wakeboard Alberta recently held its Annual General Meeting in Red Deer at the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame. The Election of Officers was held at that time and WSWA would like to welcome two new Directors to the Executive Board. Sonia Sawyer Schaab was elected to the Director At Large position and Brent Lloyd was elected to the Director of Special Interest position. Shawn Gratzfeld moved from Director of Special Interest to Director of Wakeboard Development and Paulette Gillespie moved from Director of Wakeboard Development to Director of Finance. The remaining members of the WSWA Executive Board remain unchanged from 2011. WSWA would like to thank outgoing Directors Carla Wilchuck and Dan Jalbert for their outstanding service and dedication to towed water sports in Alberta. Both individuals will be sorely missed for their contributions.
